• Identity Card or recommendation from the employer or land ownership certificate of VDC (if s/he has not had identity card and the employer does not have letter pad, Self declaration for the worker that what job s/he does is needed)
• Land located in VDC and in case of Kathmandu / Pokhara valley land more than 1 Ropani and other Municaipal area in Terai Land more than 1 Bigha.
