With effect from 16th Kartik, 2068 (2nd November, 2011), the Business/Transaction hours have been revised for three months i.e. till 15 Magh, 2069 B.S (29th January, 2012), as mentioned below;

Office Hours:

• Sunday to Thrusday   :      09:30 Hrs   To    16:30 Hrs
• Friday   :                               09:30 Hrs   To     15:00 Hrs

Banking Transactions Hours

• Sunday to Thrusday  :           09:30 Hrs   To    14:30 Hrs (Normal Day Transactions)

                                                  15:30 Hrs     To    17:00 Hrs (Evening / Extended Counter)

• Friday    :                 09:30 Hrs     To    12:30 Hrs

However, The holiday counter (365 Days Banking) at Main Branch will remain open from 11:00 Hrs to 14:00 Hrs as usual.

Cash Transactions / Account Opening / Closing / Remittance and Forex counter services shall be provided to customers during evening counter / extended hours.
